In order to process your child's application, please follow the steps below
Submit the following for review (we have rolling admissions):
- Completed Admissions Application
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- A copy of your child's Baptismal certificate (Catholic only)
- A copy of your child's current immunization records and the School Entry Medical Exam Form
- $75 application fee per student
★ Kindergarten Applications - a copy of your child's pre-school evaluation, if applicable.
★ 1st through 8th grade applications - a) a copy of your child's current report card, b) copy of prior year report cards, and c) copies of prior years standardized test scores, if applicable.
2. Once your application is submitted, the school's Office Manager will contact you to schedule an assessment/placement test. Assessments cannot be scheduled until an application is submitted. Families will be contacted one week after their child's assessment occurs.

3. Acceptance letters are mailed approximately one week after all required documentation and fees are received and your child has been assessed.

4. Registration - Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee will be due. The registration fee holds your child's spot in his/her class for the upcoming school year.
