St. Lawrence O'Toole accepts applications throughout the year. Please see below for information regarding the admissions process or contact the school office with any questions you may have and to arrange a tour, schedule testing or visit classrooms. New Family Registration Process
Download our 2010-2011 Admission Form and fill in all requested information. Return the form and the items requested below to the School Office so we may begin to consider your application.
- Signed and fully completed Enrollment Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Only)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- $30.00 Placement Testing Fee (per student)
- Kindergarten Applicants—Copy of Pre-School Evaluation
- 1st Grade Applicants—Copy of Kindergarten Progress Report
- 2nd Grade Applicants—Copy of 1st Grade Report Card
- 3rd-7th Grade Applicants—Copy of Current & Previous 2 years Report Cards AND 2 years Standardized Test Scores
Families of applicants for 1st through 7th Grade will be called by the school with available placement testing dates and times for your student(s). All the appropriate items in Step 2 above must be received before the placement testing date. Families of Kindergarten applicants will be contacted by our Kindergarten teacher to arrange an appointment.
Tuition costs are based on a ten (10) month term with the first payment due on August 1st of the new school year. Remember, these are the fees for the 2009-2010 school year. All fees are subject to changes for the 2010-2011 school year.

Other Fees include a Registration Fee of $290 (1st Student) plus $240 for each additional Student and a Parent Association Fee of $20 per Family. These fees are due upon acceptance of your Student.
