Originally from Chicago, Mrs. Williams attended the University of Chicago, and took courses at what is now Kennedy-King College. She always knew she would go into the educational field, so she prepared herself by taking education classes in Chicago and later in California. She has studied and holds degree/certificates from California State Hayward, Chapman University (now Brandman University) and, U.C. Berkeley. She has a MA in Psychology, and is a doctoral student in the Doctorate of Education program at Brandman University in Irvine.
She has taught grade school, middle school and high school in the past while also serving administrative positions as Vice Principal, Principal, Dean of Students and School Counselor. She holds adult education credentials and teaching credentials.
Mrs. Williams is an active member of the Association of California School Administrators, the American School Counselor Association, the National Catholic Educators Association, and the American Psychological Association.
