The fees are $5.00 for the first child, per hour and $4.50, per hour for each additional child. Charges are assessed on 15 minute intervals ($1.25 every 15 minutes) and are managed through our FACTS secure online payment website. Parents are billed at the end of each month. Payments are due by the 3rd week of the following month. A $25.00 late fee is assessed if payment has not been received on time. If payment is not received by the due date, the student will be excluded from the program.
Pick-Up Policy
Extended care closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parents will be charged $1.00 per minute, per student for each minute that their student remains in the program after 6:00 pm. If parents are repeated late in picking up their student, they may be excluded in the program.
Program Guidelines
Students must report to extended care immediately upon dismissal from class. They must remain in their assigned area at all times. Only those adults previously listed with the extended care staff may pick up a child. For safety reasons, it is imperative that parents (or per-approved person) accompany their student to extended care in the morning and out of extended care in the afternoon. Parents must sign out their student in and out of extended care.
If students are attending extended care in order to attend dance or school sports, they must be formally registered in extended care.
Students will be expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times. All rules, regulations and procedures listed in the St. Lawrence O'Toole Parent-Student Handbook also apply to extended care. Parents will be contacted in the event of a behavior problem. Students may be excluded from the extended care program if their behavior is a persistent issue.
